We have a computerized call center will full time recruiting Agents specially trained in finding the “perfect” respondent. Specific training modules are housed on a secure site and Agents are required to pass tests and perform with oversight in order to advance.
We have over 100,000 local participants and we continually build it using verified methods – festivals, churches, referrals, etc. We do not allow internet surfing without vetting potential respondents and we follow strict guidelines when determining their potential inclusion in one of our projects.
With more than 20,000 square feet under one roof, Jackson Associates’ Perimeter facility can accommodate virtually any size or type of project. This space offers clients ground floor, direct access from the parking lot for delivery, and our auditorium is large enough to display several beds, large appliances or automobiles at once.
Housed as the only tenant on the 2nd floor of the Symphony Building, our Midtown facility offers clients an in-town alternative to our sprawling suburban space. Hip and trendy, this three-room facility is especially well-suited to out-of-town clients, medical and legal research and professional services focus groups.
We have eight rooms across these two facilities, and each was designed with our clients in mind. Wireless access and data ports allow our clients to log on in any of our viewing rooms or lounges, and each offers clients a chance to take a break in one of our massage chairs or relaxation stations.
