Design & Concept
Our highly experienced and award winning team use state of the art software to produce 2D & 3D designs, leading to the next stage in the process.
Prototyping & Modelling
Prototyping proves the design is fit for purpose and our in-house facilities produce a very high standard of hand made prototypes. For a design which is more complex we will recommend alternative methods of prototyping which include SLA & FDM modelling.
Project Management
Once the design is finalised your product is managed by one of our project managers who is fully conversant with each stage of the process.
Machine Tooling
Our highly skilled tool engineers produce world class tools in either aluminium or steel depending upon the complexity of the component.
Production
We are proud of our moulding facilities which include press capabilities ranging up to 600T.
Assembly
Where appropriate high speed automated assembly is utilised.
Distribution
We are experienced in distribution both in the UK and overseas, currently exporting to 44 countries. We deliver the right product to the right place at the right time.
