The Institute of Executive Coaching (IEC) is an established centre for excellence in coaching, coach training and leader development in Australia and the Asia Pacific region. Our vision is to develop the next generation of exceptional leaders. We do this in 3 main ways:
1. Coaching leaders (individuals, groups and teams)
2. Training and certifying the professional coaches who work with leaders
3. Providing tailored training and development programs for leaders at all levels of organisations
Through our Accredited Coach Training Program we have certified over 2,800 professionals in organisational coaching skills. Each year we provide more than 1,500 individual coaching sessions and our corporate training and development programs are delivered to over 3,500 leaders in organisations.
Our clients are large organisations, from a range of industries in the public and private sectors. We partner with them to create and deliver training and development solutions which respond to their business needs, incorporate their values and language, and lead to sustainable change.
Our coaches and facilitators are located across the region. They are experts in facilitating learning, engaging any audience and fostering change. At the IEC we have truly rescued learning from traditional academic “chalk and talk” styles in favour of programs based on sound adult and generative learning principles designed to enable and improve the effectiveness of individuals, teams and organisations.
