inData's History
Since that first project in 1984, inData has developed a reputation for expertise in many areas, but primarily in trial presentation. In 1996 inData set the standard in this arena when it released its first trial presentation software application, TrialDirector, for retail purchase. This application enabled trial teams to dynamically mark-up documents and play video depositions to a jury on a monitor or projector screen. Since that time, TrialDirector has been enhanced to include an abundance of features using the latest technologies available to further aid litigators who want to captivate their audience and enhance memory of key facts. As a result, TrialDirector continues to be the number one trial presentation software available.
In addition to regular TrialDirector upgrades, inData continues to create new software applications to aid in the trial preparation and presentation process. A few of inData's most popular recent releases include TimeCoder Pro (2003), TimelineXpress (2004), DepoView (2007) and DepoView DVD (2008).
