We don't hire training deliverers, even though there are a lot of really good ones out there. We don't even train up talented people and give them a bunch of manuals and send them forth to work with our clients. Each and every member of the Impact Factory team of Partners and Associates has to undergo months of extensive and rigorous internal training so that they understand our ethos, flexible working methods and how we develop relationships with our clients. Only then do they achieve the standards we require to create their own programmes, use their own voice, build their own client portfolio and of course, manage and run their own programmes.
Our courses aren't off the shelf; neither are we.
