The Company’s initial offering, iZup, is a communications platform that manages and prioritizes mobile communications to encourage safer driving. iZup accomplishes that task by automatically saving voice calls to voicemail while vehicles are in motion, and by holding data interactions including text messages until the product determines that the trip is completed (not at a traffic light, for example).
