IJsfontein is a specialist in interactive communication and media productions. Among the clients of the Amsterdam based company are broadcasting companies, museums, (consumer) brands and non-profit and governmental organisations. IJsfontein consists of three devisions:
* IJsfontein Kids And Youngsters (marketing, interactive communication, education and cross-media campaigns)
* IJsfontein Interactive Spaces (interactive exhibitions)
* IJsfontein Serious Gaming (Gamewise).
Through the years IJsfontein won numerous awards and nominations. Both national (Spin Award, Cinekid New Media Award) as international (Prix Jeunesse, Japan Prize). Early 2011 IJsfontein won a Spin Award and Esprix for the serious game 'Can You Fix It?' (SOA Aids Netherlands, Rutgers WPF) and a Gouden @staart and European Award for Best Online Children's Content for the website Hetklokhuis.nl for NTR, which also features the popular Game Studio Online App.
IJsfontein has more than 40 people working for the company, ranging from concept directors to designers and from programmers to marketeers.
The games, interactive exhibits and innovative web-tools are used, played and enjoyed in Holland and abroad.
