What Three employees are saying...
-
I have worked for Three for 9 years and I can happily say I have enjoyed every minute. The pace is fast-moving, but there is a strong sense of team work and a willingness to make the company a success.

I've worked in Three's Organisation Development team for the last three years. It's a great place to work, with constant innovation and opportunity driving our business forward. Keeping up can be a challenge, but a great challenge to help the business evolve to realise the full extent of our opportunities for ourselves and our customers.

Interview Tips
Do you know what the job is really about? Go over our requirements. Have you got the experience and skills we're looking for? If the answers's 'yes', then read on. If it's 'no', think again about whether the job is right for you
You've got an interview - how should you prepare for it? Before we find out more about you, it makes sense for you to learn about us. Have a look around our website and visit one of our stores to understand what we do
Be ready to answer and ask questions. The interview process is a two-way thing, so feel free to prepare some questions and pick our brains as well
What if you don't get an interview? You might not be exactly what we're looking for. We will let you know. If you're not sure why it didn't work out, take another look at the job description - it could be that you just don't match the skills we need. If you don't agree, it's worth reviewing your CV to make sure you've clearly demonstrated what we're looking for.

Developing Three's Employees
In 2009 we promoted 107 of our retail and office based employees and hired over 1000 new people
In the first half of 2010 we invested 1.76m in our employees' development and last year we provided 1800 training places for our staff
In January 2010 we carried out an employee survey to find out what our employees wanted to know about out network. The results led to us launching the Network Education Programme to give all our employees the opportunity to learn more about our network and to help everyone in the business get to grips with the key aspects of our network and the technology behind it
