We built the business over 9 years ago so as to provide small and medium business with the kind of service and technical capabilities usually only enjoyed by larger firms... at an affordable rate. All in a personable and collegiate way.
In order to deliver this combination of quality service, people focus and cost effectiveness, we needed to do business differently; the old models simply didn’t offer more than traditional time-charge fees.
Our business model is based on Partnership, shared risk and long term relationships. Our team want to be part of our client’s businesses, they want to work on things that matter with great people.
When we started business, our name was Unison Solutions. This name encapsulated our desire to work ‘with’ our clients towards a common outcome. After time we interviewed our long term clients and the reason they stayed with us was because of our personal approach and our interest on the people not the technology. Technical capabilities are rightly considered as a given for any firm in our business.
So we have built our business and recruited our team on the belief that IT is there to serve people. Our team understands that IT can fail, usually at the most inconvenient times, causing frustration, stress and financial loss. We have all been there!
Our technical team is called the ‘client service team’ and is made up of experienced engineers who want to work with small and medium businesses in a hands on manner.
