Horizon RV Resorts is a management/consulting /development firm serving the outdoor hospitality industry. Founder Randy Hendrickson has been involved in the industry for 16 years, managing multi-property operations in CA, AZ, TX, NV, FL, CO, NC, NY and UT. From 2003 to 2006 Randy served as Vice President on the Board of Directors for CTPA Inc. (now CalARVC) where he chaired the Public Relations/Communications committee and was a Director on the CTPA Services Board. Randall also served on the AZ ARVC (formerly ATPA) Board of Directors from 2006 to 2008.
Rapid but responsible growth has resulted in a managed portfolio of more than 2,300 RV and Park Model sites and Motel units in 7 states, with a portfolio value in excess of $119M. Randy enjoys a respectful relationship with leading tour, travel and hospitality industry groups, as well as state organizations and capital partners.
