Holland Innovative is a knowledge center in innovative technology, project engineering and project management, using reliability & Six sigma methodologies in a structured manner. Our goals is to deliver fast, reliable and adequate solutions.

The Voice of the Customer and the Voice of the Business form the foundation on which a healthy and successful project is built.

Holland Innovative uses tried-and-tested Six Sigma methodology in order to tackle problems in a structured way and to make decisions based on data. Projects are defined and decisions are taken based on the Voice of the Customer and hard data.

The focus is on:
- Reliability Engineering
Well-oiled development and production processes alone are not enough for bringing a successful product to market. The product must also be reliable. This is why Reliability Engineering is a discipline propagated by Holland Innovative for integrated application throughout the product life cycle.
- Lean Six Sigma
In order to improve the quality of products, processes and production set-up. Use is made of the DMAIC roadmap for continued improvement.
- Design for Six Sigma
For the design and development of new products and processes, whereby use is made of the IDOV Six Sigma roadmap.
