Hardy Process Solutions designs and manufactures weight controllers, rate controllers, plug-in weigh modules for MicroLogix 1500, CompactLogix, ControlLogix, SLC 500, and PLC-5, tension controllers, load cells, bench and floor scales.

Hardy began in 1918 as Hardy Scales, specializing in weight measurement and control systems. In 1984, we changed our name to Hardy Instruments and in 2011 to Hardy Process Solutions as we redefined our business focus.

Today we are a leading manufacturer and designer of process weighing and tension control equipment. We are particularly renowned for our innovative approaches to precision instrumentation, and have developed core technologies such as WAVERSAVER® which eliminates the effect of surround vibration, C2® electronic calibration, Secure Memory Module (SMM) for automatically backing up configuration data, and INTEGRATED TECHNICIAN® (IT) for remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
