HaagBrown Commercial was formed by Joshua Brown, a market leading commercial real estate broker, and Greg Haag, an experienced and proven commercial real estate broker and retail developer. It is their wish to create a Christ-centered business that provides access to clients and delivers real value in a complex business world that is changing every day with new technology.
Joshua has been instrumental in pursuing and landing several local favorites. His work can been seen in Red Lobster, Longhorn's Steakhouse, Murphy Oil Express, Panera Bread, Upper Crust Pizza, Fazoli's, Cheddar's Casual Cafe, Ritter Communications Campus, and the new Fairgrounds Re-Development. He has devoted years of research to the dynamic Highway 49 North area and has several properties available close to the new Integrated Health-Care Campus. Joshua has been recognized for numerous awards such as Arkansas Business "40 Under 40" and "20 Influentials in Their 20s."
Greg has developed national retail in Arkansas, Texas, Tennessee, Missouri, Mississippi and western Kentucky. He has worked for cities doing economic studies called leakage analysis. This process takes an in-depth look at the market to see where money is being spent and which retailers the market can support. He has developed and continues to own several notable retail projects in Jonesboro including the University Shopping Center. He also serves on Jonesboro's 2030 committee to help mold the city's economic growth over the next 20 years.
