GynZone is a spin-out company from Aarhus University, Denmark. The company was founded in 2008 by midwife Sara Kindberg, gynaecologist Karl Møller Bek and gynaecologist Søren Brostrøm.
Østjysk Innovation and the Danish Ministry for Innovation and Science have contributed with investments and funding.
The idea of creating a professional website originated from many years of collaboration with midwives, doctors and physiotherapists from various Danish hospitals.
All of GynZones consultants have perforemed research within the fields of reproductive health and actively participate in the international research enviroment. Throughout the years we have taught at midwife schools, medical faculties, schools of physiotherapy and many hospitals in Scandinavia.
