GroupAuto is a leading trading group in the automotive aftermarket. The company provides and facilitates franchise formulas and other commercial services to companies in the Benelux market. Our group is a dynamic, fast growing cooperative platform that "formulizes" the afternmarket in a professional way

The main focus is to enhance the profit and the continuity of the shareholders of the group and their customers. GroupAuto is a real buying group as well as a marketing facilitator.

Currently the Group runs five (soft) franchise formulas:

* GroupAuto for wholesalers in carparts, tyres, equipment and tools
* CarXpert for independant garages for light vehicles
* DiagnoseXpert for technical specialists (diesel, gas, electronics etc.)
* G-truck for wholesalers in truck- and trailer parts, equipment and tools
* Toptruck for independant truck&trailer garages

The dual focus in each formula is:
1. to provide professional craftmanship to the mechanics of the franchisers to stay up to date with the fast developping automotive technology
2. to implement and run "State of the Art" marketing programms towards the customers of each franchiser

GroupAuto is distributing partner of the OEM car parts manufacturers such as Philips, Shell, Varta, Hella, Valeo, Gates, SKF, Brembo, Federal Mogul, Siemens VDO etc.
