The Greater Dallas County Development Alliance is the economic development agency serving the greater Dallas County, Iowa area. We work to protect and enhance our economic, social and environmental resources through the retention, expansion and fostering of business investments as well as working to enhance greater Dallas County community attributes.
We provide tradtional economic development services to communities and businesses in the Dallas County region including:
Existing Business: Executive call program and expansion/retention project support for local businesses
New Business: Attract new business investments and provide project support including project response packages to businesses looking at location in the area
Community Development: Partner with local communities to enhance their economic development efforts
Our versatile team allows us to provide services beyond standard economic devleopment activities, including:
Grant Writing: Write, package and negotiate grants for local government, business, and groups & provide grant administration
Sustainability: Support & encourage sustainabile intiatives & provide resources and education on the topic
Education: Host and coordinate educational opportunities on topics of interest to local business and communities
Project Assistance: Provide project consultation and support -- research, marketing assistance, team coordination, document creation and review
