As market leader Govaerts Recycling NV has built up an unequalled expertise in recycled plastic products. The brandname of our material is Govaplast®.
Recycling
Govaplast® products are made of reycled plastic. The used polyethylene raw material comes from bottle containers, agricultural foils, bottle caps, production rejects, etc. These raw materials are available in the near vicinity. This easy supply reduces transport, and by consequence also the CO2 emission. Moreover the material is 100 % recyclable. We use waste in a responsible way as a full-fledged raw material.
Years of sun, rain and frost do not affect the looks of the products. The material needs no impregnation and does not emit toxic substances. Govaplast® products are easy to clean. No need to paint or stain resulting in a saving of paint and time. Compared to wood, Govaplast® recycled plastic is very safe, as it does not splinter.
We also have products in cheaper Eco-Line plastic. This is made of waste which is sorted less selectively and not coloured. The original grey colour is maintained and varies slightly depending on the raw material.
