The purpose of Goodwill is to advance the social and economic well-being of people who experience barriers to independence. Along with that important mission, Goodwill of the Heartland believes in giving back to the community. With the help of our partners, donors, and 12 retail stores; we are able to help those in need. Goodwill of the Heartland is also environmentally conscious - we kept over 33 million pounds of materials out of area landfills last year. And our new Goodwill Reboot program provides safe computer recycling to help reduce e-waste.
