I started my time at Gap Inc. in Corporate Strategy. After two years of learning what drives business performance, I had the opportunity to move to the company's Social & Environmental Responsibility team, joining a group of more than 80 people who are dedicated to improving apparel factory working conditions and reducing Gap Inc.'s environmental impact. The company's programs on improving factory working conditions started more than 15 years ago. It is a gift to work at a company that is committed to finding ways to drive positive social and environmental change. I come to work inspired by the potential that we have to meaningfully impact the lives of garment workers, our employees and customers, and the planet that we live on
