I have been an employee at FleetMatics for three years now and after all the great experiences I’ve had here, I truly couldn’t see myself anywhere else. After almost 5 years here, I feel blessed and grateful to have found FleetMatics. To me, the “Holy Grail” insales jobs is to find a company who has a product that truly helps the customersI am asked to sell to. The icing on the cake is that we are often under promising and over delivering. FleetMatics is a “Meritocracy,” so if you are new at FleetMatics you have just as good of a chance of advancing in your career as anyone who has been here longer. I often tell new employees that I have never been lied to and anything that anyone in a leadership role has ever told me they would do, they did. If you are true sales pro, you know that trait in particular is hard to find in any company. The job is hard, the expectations are high and the rewards are great and many. Although I started my career in Marketing almost two years ago with FleetMatics, the amount I've learned while working here is probably equal to about five years at other companies. It is a fast-paced, successful company, and you need to be willing to dive in head first! I've always been a big fan of the learn-as-you-go method, and found that FleetMatics is the perfect fit for me. The people are laid back and fun, yet very professional. The company has grown immensely since I started and there doesn't seem to be an end in sight.
