Fieldtex Products has a long history of success and deep roots in Rochester, NY. The company was originally established in 1843 as the J.E. Field Company which manufacturered awnings and tents. Current owner and President, Sanford Abbey, saw potential in the case manufacturing industry and changed operations upon purchase. Fieldtex has since expanded and now operates out of a 55,000 sq. ft building in Rochester.
Fieldtex Cases produces soft sided carrying cases for portable electronic equipment for medical and military markets. We also produce a variety of consumer cases, hard-sided cases, military cases and custom strapping/belting.
In 1996, Fieldtex Medicial was launched, allowing us to venture into the medical distribution business. We primarily distribute first-aid and medicial products, but also carry personal care, sports medicine and camping equipment. In 2002 we launched e-firstaidsupplies.com and since then Fieldtex has shipped tens of thousands of orders for medical supplies around the world. Today we stock over 2,500 products and ship out more than 500 packages everyday!
In May of 2003 we acquired a marine first aid company known as FirstAidPak Inc.(Medical Sea Pak). The addition of the Medical Sea Pak line makes Fieldtex the one-stop-shop for first aid kits. We can accommodate many first aid requirements including, home, industrial, EMS, sports and marine use, and with our extensive line of first aid supplies refilling kits is a breeze.
