FOH is a non-appropriated agency within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and is the largest provider of occupational health services in the federal government, reaching 1.5 million federal workers. FOH services include clinical, wellness/fitness, EAP, Work/Life, and EHS. We have 304 clinics, 42 fitness centers, 76 EAP counseling offices, 200 environmental health professionals, and a network of 3,000 occupational health physicians. FOH is similar to shared services organization within the private sector, serving both HHS and non-HHS agencies.
