Founded in 1995, Extreme Fitness has long been known for its luxurious and inviting club design as well as its high quality, results-oriented personal training programs and high-energy group fitness programs. With the acquisition of six new prestigious downtown Toronto locations in 2007, and over $20 million invested in renovations and upgrades, Extreme Fitness now holds 13 state-of-the-art facilities in the GTA, with over 100,000 members.
