Euphonism is an all-vocal band that blends 7 unique voices on artfully crafted arrangements, bringing creative and refreshing takes on well known songs and original compositions. Formed in 2006, the group has performed at venues such as The Birchmere, Jammin’ Java, The National Cherry Blossom Festival, Fiesta Asia and The Verizon Center in the DC Area, and has toured the East Coast opening for performers such as The Swingle Singers, Sonos, Duwende and Blue Jupiter. The group frequently performs for weddings, private parties and special events. Euphonism will embark on their first international tour in January of 2012 to open for The Swingle Singers at the London A Cappella Festival.
Euphonism is a proud member of the Contemporary A Cappella League and is signed by A Cappella Records. The group has been recognized with several professional recognitions, including Washington Area Music Award (WAMA) and Contemporary A Cappella Recording Award (CARA) nominations.
