  I have used the Quest profiler for several years in both recruitment and development situations and at a variety of staffing levels. It is easy to administer and I particularly like the competency aspects included in the full reports. However, I am very interested in the new premium reports - particularly in the conflict styles assessment as I have found conflict is one aspect of management that some managers find difficult to address.

  The Quest Profiler is incisive in assessing work styles. The breadth of the profile analysis makes it an excellent basis for senior leadership and development programmes. Combined with the Eras Job Analysis, the system clearly identifies potential candidates for key roles, both internal and external. I highly recommend this product which is also a most effective change management tool.

  Since undertaking the Quest Profiler training session, with the excellent Dr George Sik, I have found the Quest Profiler to be an extremely versatile and useful psychometric tool. Whether you are using it for recruitment, appraisal or staff development it can provide a valuable insight for you and the individual subject. The reports are extremely insightful, well produced and easy to use. I particularly like the way that you can map the results against other psychometric tools.
