Enness Private Clients is based on Oxford Circus, London W1. We work with clients from all walks of professional life: from lawyers, hedge fund managers and board directors to entrepreneurs and self-employed business people.
We offer just one service: connecting our clients with large mortgages. We are undistracted by any other business and, as a result, we believe no one offers a more expert and focused service.
Every week, we’re placing mortgages ranging from £500,000 up to millions of pounds. These larger sums can deliver considerably better value when lenders can see they’re working with proven people with strong financial profiles.
Conversely, a poorly planned large mortgage will cost you many thousands more than you actually need to pay. And that, in essence, is our role: to match you with a lender who will give you full credit for your overall financial standing.
