Energy Consulting Services was borned in 1994 and since then it has been growing to become one of the leading marketing and consulting companies within the local and regional energy markets.
ENERGY has developed two business lines: Energy Management (Fuels and Power), and Energy Consulting (focused on commercial and regulatory aspects).
1) Energy Management
ENERGY unthertakes the Energy Management requested by their clients in an efficient fashion, thus achieving the highest efficiency records and providing high quality service.
Between 1996 and 2005 ENERGY has locally managed about 10 M m3 diary, with no failures affecting consumers. Such volume is equivalent to the consumption of 3 years in the city of Buenos Aires. Then, ENERGY is one of the major and most reliable Natural Gas traders in Argentina.
ENERGY participates in the MEM (Electricity Wholesale Market).
2) Energy Consulting
From the beginning of the regional integration process, in some cases following the progressive deregulation, ENERGY has actively participated in the incipient energy market of the Southern Cone.
That is how became a strategic advisor of large national and international economic groups, by developing tariff systems and operative and commercial management models.
ENERGY has been one of the first companies to develop and negotiate long-term natural gas and transport for transnational projects in the region. Also, it has participated in the development of second-generation transactions in the international electric corridors between Argentina and Brasil, carried out in 2004.
As it has been doing over the last years, ENERGY will continue working and readjusting its operations ti the new regulatory framework, making the most of their skills or developing new skills in order to add more value to its counter parties in the local market operations.
