We have a bonding capacity in excess of $40 million and are experienced with projects in all major market segments, including education, healthcare, hospitality/entertainment, retail, office, multi-family/mixed-use, religious, industrial and residential. We self-perform the entire HVAC scope and prefabricate ductwork, sheet metal and piping at our in-house fabrication facility. We have a zero-accident approach to safety, and our current experience modification rate is at .80. We provide a trained field team with our in-house, 4-year F.A.C.T. (Florida Air Conditioning Training) Program http://www.energyair.com/corporate/training. We have an in-house CADD department with BIM/3D modeling capabilities. Our expert technicians in the service department handle service, replacements and planned maintenance for commercial buildings, and our residential division includes certified technicians that handle all aspects of HVAC for homeowners and new construction homes. Temporary cooling is available with our fleet of Comfort-on-the-Run units.
