Hiris Melanie NY has and continues to be leader in Education, infrastructure and fair process. It's forming some cutting edge technology which would be great to expand in the future, especially solar and other innovative energy & chemical resources.1 day ago

George Warner I am saddened by the lose of Monolith from Rensselaer County to Albany County. Monelith is a key high tech company for Rensselaer and the Schodack School Disrict was a pioneering customer with them. Paraphrasing Mark, Monolith was born in Rensselaer County.4 days ago
      • George Warner
George Warner While the long-term success of Monolith is good for NY State, my county has suffered a significant loss to its economic future with Monolith being lured away. Albany County already has a broader tax base and the loss of Monolith diminishes the curent and potential growth of the Rensselaer County tax base as well as our future. By this action, the rich county just became richer and my county was made poorer.4 days ago
