Ecovery, LLC operates out of a 70,000+ square foot facility processing 2.5 million pounds per month of electronics and non-ferrous scrap.
The electronics recycling facility operated by Ecovery, LLC in Loxley, AL, received the Recycling Industry Operating Standard (RIOS) certification on January 24, 2011. RIOS is a system designed and overseen by the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries, Inc. (ISRI) to help recycling companies manage the quality, environmental, and health & safety (QEH&S) issues of their operations. Ecovery now enters the final stages to become a CERTIFIED ELECTRONICS RECYCLER® as defined by ISRI with their R2 certification program. R2 certification is expected to be completed before year end.
