The ec@ps process was developed because of the need to simplify strategy and develop a process for easy implementation. Many organisations have very comprehensive and complex strategies but there is often a gap between the strategy and the operational implementation of this strategy. The ec@ps process addresses this gap and people have found that they can easily relate to the one page process. The plan is then executed through an on-line performance management system.
Strategy Session- ec@ps is delivered by one of our facilitators through a 2 day practical interactive session that produces a one page strategic plan for the organisation, together with supportive individual performance plans for the next six months. An online execution process then ensures the plans are monitored and results are achieved. Any existing Strategic Plan or Balanced Scorecard can be incorporated into the ec@ps model with ease.
On-Line Performance Management System- ec@ps’ web based performance management system enables the strategic plan together with the individual performance plans, to be entered online. The system is designed to help your organisation execute against the strategy because the plans are monitored and results are achieved. ec@ps is deadline driven & email reminders are generated alerting users of looming or imminent requirements. Progress against strategic objectives is recorded and Managers have line of sight (team and individual).
