Dynamo New Generation training is a Belgian training provider specialized in creative, customized trainings that engage the participants through interactive games and the use of actors and highly skilled trainers and coaches.

When we engage in a new project, it is important to us to prepare well before the training takes place, as this will enable us to gain insight on the client and how the learning architecture of the organization is structured. What we do as preparation can range from team or culture analyses, to qualitative interviews and on-site observations. This will help us to find out where improvements can be made and how they are to be achieved in a sustainable way.
Dynamo has two strong pillars. First of all, a creative pillar with our game division on the forefront. Secondly Radar, an instrument where we map the motivation code of an individual, a team or an organization by means of the relation between language and behaviour.
