Over the past four years the directors of Dunamis Services recognised a need within the recruitment industry to combat rising trends against recruitment companies who charge high end fees. The REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) recommend set placement fees. At the high end, a £22,000 placement at 22% would equate to a fee of £4,840 plus VAT payable to the successful recruitment company.
We believe that these rates are too high!!!
Our rates are a highly competitive 10% per successful placement on a no placement no fee basis for using our services. We are not asking that you stop using your current recruitment practices or would we ever request exclusivity of your requirements, to qualify for our fantastic rates.
