The eFleet Services division provides a complete system for dispatching and managing fleets of commercial vehicles. It integrates computer aided wireless dispatch, GPS fleet tracking, GPS navigation, two-way text messaging, and point-of-sale payment processing into a single hosted system, which is available as a subscription service. The Mobile Devices and Communications division develops, manufactures, and markets mobile data devices and communication infrastructure products to multiple vertical markets directly and as an original equipment manufacturer. It has operations in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Sweden, India, and Singapore. The company was founded in 1978. It was formerly known as Digital Dispatch Systems, Inc. and changed its name to DDS Wireless International, Inc. in March 2008. The company is based in Richmond, Canada.
