Founded in 1988, DCI Engineers now employs more than 160 engineering, technical, and administrative staff in six offices. Headquartered in Bellevue, Washington, the firm also has offices in Spokane and Everett; Portland, Oregon; San Diego, California; and Austin, Texas.
