Wilson has over 20 years of specific credit union market research experience and eleven years serving diverse client credit unions across the nation.
Our work is focused on providing actionable results that help our clients grow in membership, in member use of credit union services and in member satisfaction and loyalty. Our surveys and focus groups help clients develop, modify and implement their marketing plans. Our work provides cost-effective market research that supports credit union strategic and tactical planning.
The continuing relationship we have with clients is central to our success. Our longest client relationship dates back to 1991, and most of our work is with established clients in follow-up research measured against original benchmarks.
During these 20+ years I have managed an annual market research project for Eastman Credit Union of Kingsport, TN.
