We offer development to those individuals who are ready to strive to reach their full potential and to support young individuals who feel they have a lot to offer but need the right tools to deal with their different experiences in life. We provide a mentoring programme for hands-on guidance.

We offer an equivalent to 0.5 GNVQ through our awarding body, the NCFE which can be found at http://www.ncfe.org.uk/, a personal and social development training course accredited at Level 2 GNVQ, and a 7 weeks programme: both one-to-one and group training.
