Formed in 1988, CRI provides information technology (IT) managed services, business transformation and re-engineering, and high-level IT Consulting for federal government, commercial and state government clients.
Technology giant Hewlett Packard hired CRI to keep expert consultants at their Boise site to manage many disparate IT systems including e-mail, security, databases, applications, and websites. CRI picked up these "managed services" contracts as a core business, and HP became a key client.
CRI has branched out heavily into the federal government arena focusing on the U.S. Department of Energy and its federal research laboratories. CRI is the DOE Small Business of the Year Award Winner for 2008 based upon its successful Service Desk and ITIL managed service delivery at the Idaho National Laboratory. CRI has also delivered to Sandia National Laboratories and Pacific Northwest National Laboratory contractors.
CRI was recently awarded a five-year, $36 M contract for the U.S. Department of Energy, Office of the Chief Financial Officer to provide mission support of iManage 2.0, the program which supports all of DOE’s Corporate Business Systems. CRI is assisting in the improvement and adoption of corporate business processes, data consolidation, and application integration to create operational efficiencies and lower costs. CRI is prime and lead on this contract which includes subcontractors Ernst and Young, Accenture, Edgewater Federal Solutions, and eGlobalTech.Y
