The Centre for Public Management (CPM) is a Canberra-based group of public sector experts. We deliver high quality management and leadership development programs with a focus on achieving excellence. We build management and leadership capability in the public sector through a focus on understanding people and improving individual performance.
We offer a range of programs and services to build management and leadership development capability across the Australian Public Service (APS) including:
• developing individuals through public management and leadership development courses;
• building organisational capability through departmental leadership development programs;
• reviews into employment, workplace conduct and ethics undertaken by CPM Reviews;
• improving performance through 360o feedback tools from LPP360; and
• delivering coaching courses through our Institute of Executive Coaching (IEC) partnership.
