CPEX was founded in September of 2008 by Brian T Leary and Timothy D King two prominent leaders in the New York City Commercial Real Estate Industry. The principals have provided a broad range of real estate and business services locally nationally and internationally.
CPEX utilizes a team-based investment banking approach to operate and service business'. Each team is focused on a specific business line product type and definative market coverage. The teams consist of dedicated sales, operations and research proffessionals on each line and are all further supported by our in house team that is responsible for companywide operations including: research, marketing, public relations, accounting, technology, human resources and compliance.
