It brings together in a seamless manner the world of ICT and Building Management, Building Automation systems or as we more openly describe it "Building Facilities sub-systems". We create Smart Products and Solutions combining hardware, software and Open/Defacto Standards communication protocols. This allows connectivity of any intelligent device in the building with any other as well as enabling the exchanging of value data between the building facilities sub systems and the clients' business/enterprise applications.
Initial work has seen CNS adopt the Niagara AX platform from Tridium Inc. in 2005, as the Web convergent platform technology of choice and become a Tridium Developer Partner in order to deliver the next generation of Smart Products and Solutions.
Our first Smart product called eLighting™ for Niagara AX™ launched in June 2008 enables DALI® intelligent lamps (ballasts and inverters) to be directly connected to a Niagara AX platform and commissioned, controlled, maintained and managed natively from within the Niagara AX web environment. This establishes eLighting™ as the world's first fully web enabled DALI lighting commissioning and management system. In 2011 we launched the third generation native DALI Niagara AX solution called elitedali Mulitdrop.
