We specialise in all aspects commercial/contractual in IT Services, Software, Telecoms, High-Tech, Aerospace, Defence, Construction and BPO contracts and have a detailed knowledge of these markets. Our clients include both buy and sell side organisations and range from FTSE 100 & Fortune 50 companies, through to small private enterprises.
The UK is our primary location, however we have undertaken assignments in the Middle East & Asia-Pac.
Our business model is very simple, we eliminate unnecessary overheads allowing us to provide quality services at competitive prices.
We do this by using an established network of trusted self-employed Associates that we regularly collaborate with. This removes the need for large expensive offices, admin and support staff and eliminates the risk of any downtime burden when not on assignment.
We currently have over 30 experienced & qualified Associates based throughout the UK and another 18 based in locations such as Europe, North America, Brazil & Dubai.
CMD’s Directors are commercial practitioners who unlike Agencies completely understand our clients and their business. We ensure we provide the right skills & resource and we always meet and get to know all of our Associates before we work with them.
Unlike other Consultancy firms, we do not have a fixed team of permanent employees that we constantly need to deploy regardless of suitability, best fit and location. We have access to an established skill base that is agile and can flex to meet our client’s needs.
