CSPA Product Care®
Product Overview
Product Care is a voluntary stewardship program for members of the Consumer Specialty Products Association (CSPA). It was created in 2001 as a way to promote the production and distribution of safe and effective formulated products that provide desirable benefits for household, commercial, institutional and industrial customers as well as consumers, their families and pets.
Product Care participants have agreed to a code of management principles emphasizing human safety and environmental compatibility in each of seven steps in manufacturing and marketing products. The program provides the framework for companies to voluntarily seek ways to improve their performance and share ideas and information.
Displaying the Product Care logo means that a manufacturer has made a committment to product safety and environmental protection.
