    We use Connetic for our network administration and helpdesk functions, and they do a phenomenal job. I can't say enough about the service improvement we've experienced after switching from a single network administrator to Connetic. We have a fixed price, our users have a single 800 number to call for all issues, and the Connetic technicians are polite and competent. Overall this is a terrific service that I'd recommend for small to medium size businesses that are in need of more control of their environment without the surprises that may come from hourly fee-based services.
