Computer Network Defence Ltd was founded in 2004 to specialise in the development, implementation and manning of Secure Operation Centres (SOCs).
Since then the portfolio has been extended to cover all aspects of Information Security. Whilst all sectors are supported, Government and Defence remain their primary markets.
The vast majority of the core consultants are DV Security Cleared and are Subject Matter Experts within the information security field.
In 2010 CND formed a sister company, Secure Point ltd, who specialise in the recruitment of permanent Information Security Specialist staff. Secure Point has a dedicated talent acquisition team for CND, which gives confidence regarding projects requiring a lot of man hours, and allows for a unique service on long term projects by training and backfilling consultants with permanent staff to reduce customer costs.
