Headquartered in Orlando, Florida, Comprehensive Engineering Services, Inc. (CES) was formed in 1997, and provides full service civil engineering services to a wide variety of public and private sector clients. The CES team has been involved in countless engineering projects throughout the State of Florida and is recognized for producing high quality, cost-effective engineering products. What makes our firm unique is the history we have together. Nearly half the firm has worked together for over a decade and many individuals that started with us early in our existence are still with us today. What this means to our clients is they can be assured that the staff you work with will be around for the duration of the study and/or design of a project and just as important throughout the construction of the project. Quality control is extremely important to us and it is the foundation of how we built CES by hiring known quantities, people we have worked with before with known capabilities and expanding the same values and approach to professionalism through careful staff additions.
