Choice Care Group provides personalised residential support for adults with learning disabilities, mental health disorders and complex emotional and behavioural needs across 39 homes.
Our homes provide a safe but stimulating environment for adults and young people, where service users are supported to achieve positive outcomes in whatever way is meaningful to them. We actively encourage service users to become more self-reliant, to make decisions for themselves and, in many cases, to ultimately move on to more independent living arrangements.
With residential care homes in Wiltshire, Hampshire, Gloucestershire and Berkshire, we can provide a specialist local service to these funding authorities, as well as to neighbouring counties. Within each home, the team is led by a qualified and experienced manager backed up by fully-trained social care workers.
In November 2010, the company completed the purchase of Excel Support Services Limited, a leading provider of supported living services to people with learning disabilities.
In accordance with the framework set out by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and our own internal quality assurance processes, our objective is to maintain high standards throughout the company. We are delighted that all of our homes have a CQC rating of ‘good’ or ‘excellent’, with all homes working towards achieving excellent.
