Established in 1984, Charles Marcus is a multinational management consultancy firm with offices in six countries. Our employees have undertaken assignments in 35 countries across most industries. We are a global group with a local presence and are placed in the second tier below the high profile consulting firms. Our end clients are multinational groups, including the major global banks. We also provide our services to medium and large organisations within individual countries. Our employees provide specialist consulting skills, often in teams supporting a lead consultancy.
Our Team
We employ several hundred consultants for assignments all around the world. Our team is organised into four practices - Accountancy, IT, Engineering and Interim Management. The majority of our employees are based in Europe. They enjoy travelling to work on assignments in different countries.
New Assignments
Charles Marcus attracts many of its employees due to the approach we take when seeking new assignments. We encourage our employees to be involved in the selection of their assignments. This Freedom of Choice allows each employee to drive their career and experience in the direction that they see most appropriate for them. The outcome is that our employees are highly motivated with high levels of job satisfaction. While our employees are heavily involved in the selection of assignments, Charles Marcus reviews all assignment contracts and agrees on the terms and conditions with clients.
