Our Founder
CGL Strategic Business & Tax Advisors was founded in 2006 by Cory G. Litzenberger, CMA, CFP, F.CIM. It was founded with one goal in mind: change the way accountants do business. His blue-collar and straight shooter approach to clients and colleagues is designed to break the old stuffy persona that his profession has had in the past. If you see Cory wearing a suit, it is likely a wedding, or a funeral
On the belief that there was more than just accounting that could be done for clients, Cory focused his efforts on enhancing the client experience by assisting in their wealth accumulation through both business processes and tax optimization. It is Cory's belief that analyzing various approaches at once will help find the right solution.
In Cory's own words: "Just because it makes sense for tax purposes, doesn't mean it makes sense for business purposes. Its no different than deciding what car to buy a sixteen-year-old. The Cadillac might be reliable, but not likely the smartest choice."
