Ceramics Now Magazine

Ceramics Now Magazine is a comprehensive and innovative quarterly publication specialized in contemporary ceramics. Founded in 2011, the magazine features interviews, articles, reviews and works of new and world-renowned ceramic artists. It is distributed all over the world in a network of libraries, galleries, museums and institutions.

The magazine’s main goal is to make contemporary ceramics a more visible art field and to support innovative and diverse ideas or techniques. Ceramics Now brings together artists from different communities and facilitates contact and idea exchange between them. The editorial line of the magazine focuses on personal approaches (interviews and reviews).

Ceramics Now is also a platform of contemporary ceramics, www.ceramicsnow.org having more than 12.000 followers and newsletter subscribers (March 2012). It publishes profiles of ceramic artists, high quality images of their works, and distributes information on contemporary ceramic art exhibitions.

Issue Two:
Ceramics Now Magazine’s Issue Two introduces the work of over 35 international artists, beginning with Ken Eastman, Kimberly Cook, Patricia Sannit, Marianne McGrath, Annie Woodford, Suzanne Stumpf or Ruth Power, and continuing with a special feature on Romanian ceramic artists, and a preview feature for Copenhagen Ceramics. The issue also inaugurates Ceramics Now’s new Review category.
